*We have a special introductory price point for most services when you book with one of our Emerging Stylists. They have been trained in the services available, however they may need a little bit of assistance and extra time allowance while they gain more experience. Prices will be automatically calculated when you proceed with booking.

SUSTAINABLE SALONS MEMBER $3.00

We believe in not only making you look your best but also helping the planet do the same. The $3 Green Fee is a small contribution that goes directly toward our sustainability efforts. This fee helps us cover the costs of eco-friendly practices like:

Recycling salon waste: We ensure that your hair, used foils, empty product containers, and other materials are disposed of responsibly, with most being recycled or repurposed in creative ways (like turning hair into mats to help clean up oil spills or donating it for wigs).

Safe disposal of chemicals: The green fee also helps with safely disposing of chemicals that could otherwise harm the environment, ensuring they don't end up in waterways or landfills.

Supporting eco-charities: A portion of this fee goes to funding environmental projects and charities that support a sustainable future.

The $3 Green Fee is a small way to make a big difference. It’s a step towards helping us reduce waste, minimize our carbon footprint, and contribute to a cleaner, healthier planet. We appreciate your support as we continue to make sustainable choices!

EYE AM IN DEPTH CONSULTATION

Your first step is to book a 20min In Depth consultation and is required for Curly Cuts and all Colour services.

For Straight haircuts, this is an optional service. (Recommended if you are having a big transformation or hair style change)

What is included in the 20min In Depth Consultation?

Allow us to get acquainted with your mane and tell us all of your hair goals and dreams before embarking on your hair journey with us! It’s all about finding the best match with the right hairdresser in our team for the outcome you want to achieve and creating a plan for your hair. We will educate you on how to best care for your hair and provide eco friendly haircare advice.

We can also give you breakdown on the cost and time involved. We will also add notes to your file and see when we can get you in for an appointment.

It's a really great way to calm any pre appointment nerves and put a plan in place for you and your hair goals.

For your first Curly Cut service, an in-depth consultation is required. We recommend scheduling this before or on the same day as your haircut appointment. This extra time allows us to share our expert curly hair tips and tricks, ensuring you have everything you need to maintain your gorgeous curls at home.

Prices vary depending on experience of hairdresser. All hairdressers have been trained in the art of curly cutting. A curly cut is a haircut designed specifically for curls. Instead of the typical haircut where the hair is cut wet or spritzed down, we cut curly hair dry. We also cut curl by curl, which results in multiple lengths of your curl clumps that sit as naturally as possible. We use products specifically developed for curly hair, and instead of a blow dry, we dry curly hair using a specialised soft diffuser which helps retain moisture and preserve curl formation.

Our Curly Cut specialists are also trained in Afro, coily & tight textured hair. If you think this is you, or your hair is extra long & thick, please select this as a service add-on so we have enough time to take care of your beautiful mane! This additional cost will also include a rich-conditioning treatment.

It’s also a great opportunity to meet us, share your inspiration pictures, and ease any “new hairdresser nerves” before your appointment, so you feel comfortable and confident on the day of your cut.

Are you looking for a style overhaul? Our Straight Hair Cuts allows 1 hour and 15 minutes for us to transform your mane into the masterpiece of your dreams. Or if you are just wanting to revive your current do, this is also for you. You can even opt for a mystery cut where we cover the mirror and do what we think will work best!

The Dry Cut is exactly that - a haircut on dry hair, can be a simple haircut to freshen up your locks. Think barber type and maintenance cuts.

COLOUR SERVICES

Transform your hair with our premium colour service, designed to make you look and feel your best. Each session includes a thorough scalp analysis, followed by a soothing cleanse and relaxing scalp massage. After your colour, we treat your hair to a specialised post-colour care treatment to keep your hue vibrant and long-lasting.

We use the Sophic Colour Range, which is a gentle and plant-based, offering a healthier, more natural colour experience. All lightening services also include a custom toner to perfect your colour. To finish, we provide a blow dry or, for curly hair, a gentle diffuse dry to enhance your natural texture. We use Eco Luxe Sustainable Vegan Haircare to nourish and protect your hair with eco-friendly ingredients.

For all colour services—straight, wavy, or curly—an In-Depth Consultation is mandatory and must be booked before your colour appointment, on a separate day. This allows us to discuss your colour options, choose the right service for you, and ensure your safety with necessary allergy tests, such as skin patch or strand tests. If you’re new to colour, we’ll perform a skin patch test to check for any allergies, and a strand test to assess colour compatibility, lift, and tone.

CANCELLATION FEES

50% of the full price of your service.

Cancellation fees apply should you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice.

Please understand we operate a 1 on 1 service. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute it is very hard to fill the time slot, although we will try our best to fill it and if we can, we may be able to waive the fee.

You can cancel or change your appointment, with no penalty up to 24hrs before your appointment time.

If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice you will be charged 50% of your service, your nominated credit card will be charged.

If you do not pay the cancellation fee, you will not be able to book further appointments at Eye Am Hair.
